A1 was founded by lifelong female athlete Meghan Diamond, M.B.A. ’23, J.D. ’24.
Meghan brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm. From her time as the varsity captain of the alpine ski team at UCONN, to her current journey as a MMA fighter training professionally and competing on a national stage, to her profession today in business sports law.
Meghan’s passion for movement coupled with her desire to bring forward underrepresented female athletes is the driving force behind the creation of A1.
When she’s not training for a big fight or focused on her legal work, Meghan trains in dance, aerial movement and enjoys spending time with her dog Holly.
